Main responsibilities: Be responsible for the company’s purchasing strategies and planning Organize and supervise overall purchasing activities in the responsible regions Lead, manage and develop local purchasing teams based on different regions Support the headquarters to plan and execute global purchasing projects and provide efficient & effective coordination Develop and improve the partnership with strategic suppliers so as to satisfy the demand of business growth Meet the company’s targets of budget, cost-saving, quality, delivery, etc.
Working experiences At least 8 years’ sourcing & purchasing experience in automotive industry International exposure in Asia Pacific, with good understanding of China business climate Strong in leadership, strategy development and people management Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Hands-on experience in working as a functional leader for a multinational company and be familiar with matrix management Solid technical background as well as business insight of the whole supply chain
