Responsibilities: -Set up a new wholly-owned company in Tianjing with responsibility in the overall management of company daily administrative and operation affairs, including making out and carrying out the management regulations, cooperating with other departments and offices -Develop existing sales and Marketing strategy and take advantage of new opportunities to achieve aggressive growth objectives -Responsible for big projects and key accounts management -Review and monitor performance in all areas to identify opportunities for continuous productivity/efficiency improvement -Ensure service plans to meet customer schedules and recognize customer priorities within agreed quality and cost criteria -Manage the Company's resources to achieve sales and profit targets in line with the annual Plan and forecasts -Achieve annual operating budget and take corrective action when targets and forecasts are not achieved -Develop and maintain HR policies and practices which attract and motivate people with the necessary skills and commitment
Nationality: -Chinese Age: -Around 35 Technical qualification: -Related technical education (university degree, master or above is preferred)
Working experience: -Relevant experience in industrial product marketing (or combination of product marketing and technical sales experience) -Demonstrated ability of communication -Business development and big project management is mostly favored
Language: -Good English skill both in oral and written
