Main responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of periodic financial statements for all legal entities in PRC to comply with PRC GAAP and applicable tax rules and regulations Be responsible for annual external audit, regulatory audit and other compliance matters Coordinate with internal audit function Implement/update of effective internal control systems Be responsible for tax compliance and assist in tax planning Data support to functional departments for financial evaluation Help prepare of annual budget and financial plan Periodic update of financial forecast Review of monthly financial and management report in identifying operating issues Coordinate and support functional departments in providing financial data analysis for management decision making Support senior management team for data support and analysis relating to investment and business development Coordinate and support Headquarters in data analysis Ensure all accounting activities is carried out in accordance with: “Generally Accepted International Accounting Standards", compliance with local Chinese accounting rules and standards and based on the reporting system of the company
Working experiences 2 - 5 years finance controlling experience within a multinational Company Has a good knowledge of Chinese Tax law and relevant Accounting and Economic policy Finance experience in manufacturing-based company preferred Strong management skill Proved experience in team management Good negotiation, communication and organization skill
Age: About 35
Educational qualification: Bachelor degree or above in Finance, CPA/ACCA/CGA preferred
Language: Good command of English (spoken and written)
Personality: Good interpersonal skill Strong sense of responsibility, high initiative, mature and reliable Loyalty Able to work under pressure and be aggressive with result oriented
