Responsibility: - Analyze and plan production capacity and head count requirement on regular basis( Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly) base on forecast and production volume - Lead and coordinate production layout design, optimization and movement - Increase capacity and output with cycle time reduction and line balance initiatives - Cycle time database maintenance and up to date - Establish production concepts, determine necessary equipment investment and labor requirement for quotation purposes - OEE improvement - Implement, control, monitor and improve the production Kanban ( Normal & Exotic ) system regularly in term of raw material, semi-finished goods and finished goods area - Design, purchase and implement material handling solutions - Control, review and update status of MAE spending - Initiative continuous improvement activities to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Manufacture Lead Time target
Requirement: - Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering - 3 years in Electronics product planning, technical engineering role - Prior knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes. Demonstrated problem solving aptitude. Good leadership potential - Knowledge of Basic production methods, quality methods, knowledge of AutoCAD, Word, Excel and a co-operative spirit - Fluent in oral and written English
