Handle IT support calls within the SLA's defined and as assigned by the managers and/or team leads. Handle trouble tickets submitted to remedy queues within the SLA's defined. Innovate and implement new solutions that increase process efficiency. Identify and implement processes and procedures to identify "Top 10" Severity 3 & 4 Trouble Tickets and drive to Root Cause Analysis Execute assigned operational tasks and programs in preset time frame, e.g., provide advanced training, procedural information for the analyst in improving their productivity, technical etc Should be able to handle complex process mechanism, isolate problem areas and focus to resolve, cross-functional interaction among other teams to build an effective network Ensure Phone Queue SLA's are met or exceeded as set by the management Degree or Diploma in any discipline but with keen interest in IT/Computer with at least a year of Service Desk or Technical Support experience Advanced ability to gather, monitor and document data Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of Service Desk operations Required Skills: Active Directory Services, MS SMS 2003, MS Exchange, Citrix Application, RAVPN & Wireless, MS Office 2003, Roaming & Local NT Profile, COF, SAV & Spywares Ability to converse in Mandarin and Japanese. |
