Overall Role Purpose Successfully manage the implementation of express distribution solutions for GCL and LAC customers, within the agreed time, within agreed budget and to agreed service / quality levels 负责在特定的时间内、特定的预算下,在规定的服务水平上成功地管理为全球客户及优先客户速递配送解决方案的实施工作
Accountabilities Operations Project Coordination Locally 本地作业项目协调: - Ensure the implementation of large, complex logistics projects in line with agreed service standards and budgets - 确保大型复杂的物流项目得以在既定的服务水平及预算下顺利实施 - Provide regular updates on project progress to Area and senior management and sponsors to ensure smooth overall project progress monitoring. - 定期向区域及高级管理层提供项目进展的汇报,以确保项目进度的整体监控
Client Service Coordination 客户服务协调: - Coordinate local Operations resources, monitor and direct station Operations to provide qualified services to GCL and LAC customers - 协调本地作业资源,监督、指导分公司作业部,为全球客户及优先客户提供优质服务 - Assist Cluster Operations Manager to coordinate with other functions within cluster to serve GCL and LAC customers with coherent activities - 协助分区作业经理,协调同分区其他部门的关系,从而采取统一行动,为全球客户及优先客户提供服务 - Assist Area Industry Managers in developing express solutions under the leadership of Customer Operations Support Manager by focusing on the implementation resource requirements, implementation budgets and implementation timing - 在客户作业经理的领导下,通过关注于项目实施资源需求、预算及时间的管理,协助区域行业经理发展速递解决方案 - Clearly define department role, responsibility and performance targets for the function - 明确定义部门角色,职责以及部门的绩效目标 - Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective function - 规划、组织和指导部门进行高效且有效运作 - Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness - 培养高品质、优质服务(面向内部客户)、灵活并具有成本意识的文化 - Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team - 在团队内部培养团队合作精神,提高多重任务处理能力 - Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets - 合理协调资源,对全球性、地区性以及全国性的项目推进提供相应的资源保障 - Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance, including coaching, and conduct performance appraisal - 与团队成员共同制定IKOs/KPIs,并监督团队成员的个人表现,包括绩效辅导,并进行绩效评估 - Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department - 确认培训需求与机会,建立一个具有高技能水平的职能部门
Skills / Qualifications Skills技能要求 - Presentation skills (excellent) - 专业的演示技能 - Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) (excellent) - 办公软件使用技能(Word, Excel和PowerPoint等)(熟练) - Negotiation and interpersonal skills (excellent) - 出色的谈判及人际交往技巧 - Strong English (written and spoken) comprehension and communication are essential - 较强的英语理解和沟通能力(书面与口语) - 2-4 years experience in DHL, preferably within the Operations or sales function - 2-4年DHL经验,作业或销售部门尤佳 - Experience of major account handling (preferable) - 管理大客户的经验(优先) - Experience in Service Industry - 服务行业经验 - Degree in Business - 商业本科学历
