Overall Role Purpose
To meet the needs of station business development and indirectly push to improve both service and transit time performance whilst managing costs, provide services and indemnification to station Operations under Cluster Operations Manager’s guidance

Accountabilities
Operations Support Team Management
作业支持团队管理:
- Develop, communicate and ensure implementation of Country Operations Support Plan in line with the Country and Area Operations objectives and improvement projects
- 在全国及区域的作业目标和改进项目的框架下,发展、沟通,并确保总部作业支持计划的执行
- Fully work with the functional owners (e.g. Ground Ops, Gateway, Service Centre, Sales, etc) to identify performance gaps and operations support related needs, and initiate appropriate improvement response to address the issues
- 与其他部门通力合作(如:地面作业、口岸、服务中心、销售等),以确认绩效差距和作业支持需求,并寻找适当的方法加以改进
- Coordinate, direct and provide expertise support to Operations Support team work, including dispatch, training, and fleet management, etc., to monitor and analyze the key performance indicators of operations
- 协调、指导支持团队的各项工作,包括调度、培训、车辆管理等,并为其提供专业支持,以监督和分析各项作业关键绩效指标
- Balance the relationship between development plan of station Operations and cost of operations, and submit management improvement proposals to Cluster Operations Manager
- 平衡分公司作业发展计划和作业成本,向分区作业经理提交管理改进方案
- Develop, recommend and participate in the process of determining performance standards and targets for all service key indicators
- 开发、建议并参与为所有服务关键指标确定绩效标准和目标的过程
- Provide input to the development of the Station Operations Plan based on country requirements

- Take charge of 3rd party operations supporting team, train and direct 3rd party to enhance service ability and improve their service quality (e.g. Domestic svc, over-weight shipments DL/PU etc.)
- 管理第三方作业支持团队,为第三方提供培训和指导,以提升其服务能力和服务质量 (例如:国内件服务、超重件的服务DL/PU等)
- Direct and manage support team to deal with all complex public events and closely collaborate with authorities of government (e.g. Police, Fire bridge. etc.) to ensure smooth development of daily operations
- 负责指导和管理支持团队处理各项复杂的外部关系联络工作,与各类政府机关保持良好的合作关系(如:公安、消防等),确保日常作业的顺利开展
- Clearly define department role, responsibility and performance targets for the function
- 明确定义部门角色,职责以及部门的绩效目标
- Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective function
- 规划、组织和指导部门进行高效且有效运作
- Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness
- 培养高品质、优质服务(面向内部客户)、灵活并具有成本意识的文化
- Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team
- 在团队内部培养团队合作精神,提高多重任务处理能力
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets
- 合理协调资源,对全球性、地区性以及全国性的项目推进提供相应的资源保障
- Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance, including coaching, and conduct performance appraisal
- 与团队成员共同制定IKOs/KPIs,并监督团队成员的个人表现,包括绩效辅导,并进行绩效评估
- Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
- 确认培训需求与机会,建立一个具有高技能水平的职能部门

- 2-3 years experience in operation supervisor/ team leader role (preferable)
- 2-3 年担任作业主管/组长的经验(优先考虑)
- Degree (or equivalent)
- 本科学历(或同等学历)
