Respond to network inquiry 回答网络查询： - Answer the customer and front line dept’s question, and update the info. of customs affair - 解决客户和前线部门的业务查询，传达海关的最新信息
Monitor daily shipment of inbound and outbound 监控日常进出口航班的提货、发货： - Contact the Airline Co to book the daily space of outbound shipments, send the pre-alert to destination and keep the feedback of delivery - 负责联系航空公司预定日常直航出口货物舱位，并发送出口预告给目的地，跟进目的地提货反馈结果 - Arrange the daily inbound shipments transfer to destination; Feedback the pick-up state of outbound shipments to origin station - 安排进口中转货物的日常配载发货；并把出口中转货物的提货情况反馈给各发货方 - Monitor the special case of border truck, notify relevant department - 跟进直通车异常情况，发送异常报告以便及时知会相关部门
Assist in design and training 协助设计和实施培训： - Compile teaching material, and train the department staff - 协助设计编写培训教材，组织部门员工培训
Collect and analyze performance and report 收集、分析工作质量并汇报： - Control the customs clearance quality of AOP, analyse the fault of work and respond the client’s complaint - 监控部门的清关工作质量，分析工作失误和处理客户投诉 - Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes - 该职位无直接下属机构和向其汇报人员，但是他/她必须证明其能够影响决策/行动
Skills / Qualifications Skills技能要求 - With the certificate of customs broker - 持报关证 - English skills, reading and communication (good) - 掌握良好的英文阅读和对话能力 - Mandarin (fluent) - 流利的普通话 - Skill in Computer using (good) - 熟练的计算机操作 - Good communication skill - 表达能力强 - More than 1 year working experience - 一年以上的工作经验 - Knowledge on customs affairs, air transportation and foreign trade - 掌握报关知识，具有一定的航空运输和外贸知识 - College education, or above - 大专以上学历
