Overall Role Purpose Provide initial set-up and on-going user support for general desktop and operations hardware and software to ensure smooth operation of IT related equipment and system. Accountabilities Hardware and Software Management 软硬件管理: - Maintain hardware, authorised software and establish IT infrastructure for newly built stations after it is informed by cluster IS department and ensure satisfaction of users - 得到分区IS部门的通知后,向目标用户提供IT支持与服务,包括硬件维护、软件授权设置、为新建分支机构建设IT基础设施等,并确保让用户满意 - Ensure all anti virus software is appropriately installed and up to date - 确保所有杀毒软件得到适当安装并适时更新 - Ensure that all peripherals (such as scanners and printers) plus hand held units are working correctly at all times - 确保所有外围设备(例如扫描仪和打印机)工作正常 - Administer and support telephone system (e.g. PABX), VoIP and video conferencing equipment - 管理并支持电话系统(例如交换机),语音电话以及视频会议设备 - Respond with the appropriate degree of urgency to problems and requests from the Help Desk for user support - 轻重缓急地解决来自Help Desk的用户问题与要求,提供用户支持 - Adhere to agreed policies and procedures, system support documentation & methods and take appropriate actions in providing support to the users - 符合一致认可的政策程序、系统支持存档及方法,向用户提供适当的支持 User Management 用户管理: - Provide user training when needed, to ensure not only full use of the PC or operations equipments by all users but also avoidance of same problems' recurring - 在必要时,向用户提供培训,以确保所有用户充分掌握电脑与操作系统设备的使用,并防止同样问题的再次发生 - Collect and timely report ideas of end users to cluster GM, and provide recommendation and supports - 收集终端用户的意见,及时向分区总经理汇报,并提出建议与支持 Project Management 项目管理: - Provide PC, peripheral and other equipment set-up support to in-country projects with an IT element - 支持电脑、外围设备和其他设备组建,支持国内项目的信息技术部分 - Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel.
