Overall Role Purpose To let all the inbound and outbound shipments get through the customs smoothly and promptly, transfer the shipments as soon as possible 配合口岸顺利快捷地完成进出口货物的报关工作，及时中转进出口货物
Accountabilities Clear the inbound and outbound shipments and transfer the shipments to destination. Collect and provide feedback of the update information of customs to front line department 办理公司进出口货物的清关工作和货物中转手续，及时收集和反馈海关最新信息给相关部门： -Conduct customs declaration of inbound and outbound shipments transferred by bond truck, assist customs to inspect shipments, move the detained shipments into DHL bonded warehouse, and send back the released shipments to office -对通过直通车进出口的快件办理海关申报手续，协助海关查验货物，办理高价值货物暂扣入海关监管仓手续，运送放行货物回公司 -Conduct customs declaration of outbound shipments transferred by direct flight. Assist customs to inspect shipments, and ship to destination via Airlines Co. Hand over the MAWB to NCG so as to send pre-alert -办理直航出口快件的海关申报手续，协助海关查验货物，把快件交寄给航空公司配载航班，领取国际运单回公司交给网络联络组人员发送预告 -Clear customs according to the customs clearance documents offered by document makers, e.g.: Customs declaration of H2000 system, customs duties collection, shipment transit supervision and shipment return -根据制单员提供的清关资料，到海关办理相应的清关手续，例如H2000系统报关，征行邮税，监管转运，退运等 -Regularly report the examination and cancellation after verification to the customs -按时定期向海关办理扣关货物的核销手续 -Send back the released shipments to office, feedback the state of customs to the customer liaison team -把当天的报关情况输入相应的电子系统（ACA），以便其他人员跟踪和查询 -Closely liaise with Customs, collect the update information of customs and provide feedback to supervisor and team leader of supports -和海关保持良好关系，收集海关最新的清关信息，及时反馈给上级主管领导掌握情况 -Maintain the transport vehicles and ride the truck safely -维护车辆，并安全驾驶 -Take care of all the vehicles used, and have them tested and maintained regularly -爱护所使用的车辆，并进行定期的检修 -Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions -该职位无直接下属机构和向其汇报人员，但是他/她必须证明其能够影响决策/行动
Skills / Qualifications Skills技能要求 -Driving License (valid) -有效的驾驶执照 -Customs Broker certificated -持报关证和报检证 -Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese -普通话和广州话（流利） -Elementary knowledge on computer use -懂得基本的计算机操作 -Elementary knowledge on English ( e.g. address , description) -基本的英文水平（英文地址，品名的判读） -More than 1 year experience in Customs clearance -一年以上的报关经验 -know customs regulation well -熟悉海关的有关规定 -more than 3 year experience in safe driving -三年以上安全驾驶经验 -High school diploma or above -高中以上学历
