Accountabilities Data analysis and customer document 数据分析和客户档案： - Make reports and data analysis needed by Country sales section, Station supervisor, sales supervisor, and sales staff - 完成全国销售部及分公司管理层、当区销售主管、当区销售员需要的各种报告及数据分析 - Cooperate with Country marketing section, create basement for key customers’ information (CMF) and keep good maintenance. Make sureintegrity and correctness of customer documents - 配合全国市场部，对客户关键资料档案库CMF进行建档，维护。确保客户档案的完整性和正确性
Sales support 销售工作支持： - Help sales manager track email and assist external liaison - 协助销售经理处理跟进电子邮件和协助对外联络 - According to sales staff, print documents and price list, prepare plan manual for customers. Help sales staffs deal with emergency - 根据销售员要求打印文件、价目表，准备致客户计划书。帮助销售员解决突发事件 - Collect information, timely pass to sales, edit and file all documents and operation information - 收集信息，及时传递信息给销售员，整理、归档各种文件、作业信息 - Reply to customers’ inquiry; follow customer special express, deal with emergency - 回答客户查询，跟进客户特殊快件，解决突发事件 - In Station with no telephone sales, the executive also need to assist sales staff in filtering of sales clue - 在没有设立电话行销的分公司，销售支持还协助销售员进行销售线索的筛选
Promotion support 市场促销活动支持： - Assist Marketing Section to implement promotion campaigns and help to distribute gifts - 协助市场部开展市场促销活动，协助销售员分发礼品 - Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions - 该职位无直接下属机构和向其汇报人员，但是他/她必须证明其能够影响决策/行动
Skills / Qualifications Skills技能要求 - Communication skills, spoken and written - 沟通技能，口语和书面写作 - Be skillful in Office applications - 熟练使用应用办公软件 - Experience in secretary or sales is preferable - 有文秘或销售支持经验优先 - Diploma or above - 大专或以上学历
