Overall Role Purpose Supervise (on a daily basis) a ground operations team on a rostered shift basis ensuring that shipments enter and exit the country in accordance with network procedures and transit time standards. 负责(每日) 服务中心的运作管理, 人员调配,作业安排, 以确保货物的进出口作业可以按照网络标准进行操作, 并且符合转运时间
Accountabilities Supervision of Operations作业管理 - Organise appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements. - 负责运作管理, 人员调配以达到公司作业要求 - Ensure incoming shipments are “break bulked”, inspected and cleared in the quickest, most efficient manner possible. - 确保进口货物在短时间内,有效率的完成拆包,查验工作 - Manage receipt and lodgement of outbound shipments from country operations to ensure timely departure and uplift. - 确保所有出口货物按时装车出发 - Ensure accurate sorting and optimum loading of all inbound & outbound shipments. - 确保正确分拣,装载所有进出口货物 - Monitor ground handler and warehouse provider performance and complete all necessary reports. - 监控作业操作绩效并完成相关报告 - Hand in monthly report and established a goal, action plan and improve step of work for next month. - 提交月报告, 并制定下个月的工作目标, 行动计划和改进步骤 - Holding a regular meeting to solve issue and problem existed to keep the team healthy and developing. - 主持例会以解决工作中的问题, 保持团队的健康发展 Safely and Quality Assurance安全和质量保证 - Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift. - 确保每班次的作业操作和场所的安全 - Clearly define department role, responsibility and performance targets for the function - 明确定义部门角色,职责以及部门的绩效目标 - Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective function - 规划、组织和指导部门进行高效且有效运作 - Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness - 培养高品质、优质服务(面向内部客户)、灵活并具有成本意识的文化 - Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team - 在团队内部培养团队合作精神,提高多重任务处理能力 - Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets - 合理协调资源,对全球性、地区性以及全国性的项目推进提供相应的资源保障 - Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance, including coaching, and conduct performance appraisal - 与团队成员共同制定IKOs/KPIs,并监督团队成员的个人表现,包括绩效辅导,并进行绩效评估 - Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department - 确认培训需求与机会,建立一个具有高技能水平的职能部门
Skills / Qualifications Skills技能要求 - Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - 熟练使用办公软件 - Communication skills (English), spoken and written - 英文沟通能力, 口语和写作 - Current and valid Drivers License - 有效驾驶执照 - Fork Lift Drivers License - 叉车驾照 - Good knowledge of geography - 良好的地理知识 - 2 years operations experience, preferably within transportation or logistics industry - 2年作业操作经验, 从事运输和物流行业的优先 - Diploma (or equivalent) - 大专
