职位简介:
Responsibilities: 1)Receives PO from the customers, clarify with Sales, and input PO into Oracle system. 2)Releases sales acknowledgment, inform customer the shipping date and payment term, prevent overdue situation happen. 3)Closely works with different Sensata BCPs (Sensata Mexico/ Sensata Malaysia/ Sensata Changzhou) right people and world wide Sensata team like , planner, logistic and customer service to follow the situation of the delivery even with hard time difference. Follows up whole shipment process till goods received by the customer. 4) Arranges goods return if quality issue happened and can not be solved at customer side. 5) Works together with sales to solve any delivery issue in case of Sensata can not meet customer requirement. 6) Sends out sample order form according to the request from marketing / sales or engineer, get back the samples on time. 7) Weekly releases NR report and Monthly NBO update. 8) Updates loading forecast by Quarter or immediately if needed. 9) Be familiar with Import and export procedure, be able to solve issues related to custom clearance. 10) Exports control responsibility follow Sensata regulation. 11) Supports other urgent requirement approved by supervisor. Qualification: 1) University or college for secretary or international trading. 2) Experience in Secretary/ assistant or (Better and) trading. 3) Fluently English in reading/writing/Speaking and mandarin. 4) Ability of good communication with both inside and outside Sensata people. 5) International trading knowledge for import and export. 6) PC (Power point, Excel, Word…).
