Responsibility: 1) Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. 2) Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. 3) Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. 4) Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. 5) Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions. 6) Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. 7) Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. 8) Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. 9) Generally supervises nonexempt employees (i.e., assemblers, operators, clerical support).
Qualification: 1) B. S. degree or above. 2) Above 3 Years of related working experience. 3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability. 4) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking. 5) Good knowledge on clean room and ESD protection system maintenance and good sense for 5S improvement is preferred.
