Responsibility: 1) Application and design engineering for HVAC and industrial products. 2) Conversion of customer requirements into products, specifications, drawings, engineering documentation, etc.. 3) Setting up product definitions for Manufacturing & Quality assurance at Mfg. sites (U.S.A., China, Malaysia, Mexico and Japan). 4) Plan DV/PV (Validation tests) reflecting customer requirements and coordinate it with design centers/Mfg sites, and to get customer acceptance for new product and change approvals.
Qualification: 1) Bachelor degree & above, majoring in Engineering, Statistics, Materials (metals & plastics), Electrical, etc.. 2) Minimum 5 years of job experiences in engineering (product designs, equipment designs, or product application engineering). 3) Job experiences in a foreign company, especially in a Japanese company like Matsushita, Mitsubishi, etc. or American company, who might have given a substantial & practical training on the ways of doing business, is preferred. 4) PC & Documentation skills (Word, Excel, PC-based CAD) and English proficiency.
