Responsibility: 1) To assist customer on engineering design in for IC Burn-in socket and application on finding correct socket for customer ICs. 2) Prefer to have knowledge in semiconductor burn-in test processes. 3) Internally work with socket design engineering team in Korea /Japan and USA to introduce new product to customers. Qualification: 1) Engineering Bachelor Degree in Mechanical with general electronic/ semiconductor (Preferred). 2) Good English both in writing and speaking, Mandarin is a must. 3) Above 2 years working experience with semiconductor background in IC packaging reliability and test function. 4) Report to business manager who is a foreigner. 5) Managing application lab set up in CZ and some basic sales function for local customer.
