Responsibility: 1) Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. 2) Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function, develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. 3) Lead subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Qualification: 1) Bachelor degree, English is good. 2) Major in manufacture engineer or industry engineer is advanced. 3) Above 3 years experience in the related fields, having the experience of manufacture supervisor is first. 4) Strong ability about communication & team work.
