Responsibility - As a commercial lawyer supporting BU sales teams - The target person should be capable of drafting - Reviewing business transaction contracts and partnership agreements - And providing qualified advices to the business leaders.
Requirement - Graduated from a law schools in China or Foreign Countries - Passed Bar Examination in China or major western countries. - Have at least two-year in-house or law firm working experience. - Good at English. Native English Speaker is preferred. - Kind, diligent and sensitive to internal client's needs.
