Responsibility 1.Be a bridge between Schneider Electric & its distributors. 2.Provide support to distributors in their sales activities. 3.Strengthen distributors’ competence in terms of technical aspects, logistics, and services. 4.Assess distributor’s performance. 5.Handle annual sales target setting and agreement signing. 6.Assist in network development study and planning. 7.Build up market intelligence : market potential, market requirements and competition information. 8.Assist in network animation and other marketing events. 分销网络的发展和分销政策的修定; 为分销商提供必要的支持; 帮助分销商提高技术和商务能力; 新产品的推广活动; 年度分销合同的续签和预算的制定; 分销商业务的评估; 分销商投诉的处理。
Requirement - Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation 电气工程、工业控制或自动化专业本科学历; - 2 years as Sales Engineer / Marketing Engineer in MNC 二年以上跨国公司销售或市场工作经验; - Above 2 years' distributor’s management experience 二年以上分销、渠道管理经验; - Have professional image and qualities, outgoing characters 出色的沟通能力,具有团队合作精神; - Proficient in written English 良好的中英文写作能力。
