| 职位简介： |
Responsibilities:
1、Analyses and reports external economic trends, including effects of government legislation, and appraises financial effect on the company
2、Manage team to prepare and distribute timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information to minitor financial performance against strategic plan, budget and forecast.
3、Evaluates and provides recommendations for pricing practics, and reviews significant pricing decisions for economic soundness
4、Leads special projects such as the economic evaluation of divestitures or acquisitions, financial effectiveness of internal operations, and product/profit performance
5、Prepare long-term profit/loss forecasts to facilitate management review of capital appropriations, expansion strategies, product line changes,etc
6、Actively interact with business managers to interpret and analyze financial information to aid business decision-making and to serve as a business advisor
7、Lead projects and continually seeks opportunities to improve financial planning and reporting processes
Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:
---Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting etc. preferred
---Excellent English communication skills
---5+ years finance working experience, 2+ years finance management experience.
---Strong abilities in budgets, forecasts and strategic plan
---Financial system, policy and process control ability
---Have good relationship with banks, auditors and tax authorities
---Familiar with local financial policies
---Good Team management skills. Responsibilities include:
