Missions 工作职掌:
1.General Ledger 总账
-Set up and standardize Group Accounting Policy;
建立并且使集团的会计政策达到标准化要求
-Monitor and supervise monthly closing on time;
及时监控导月度结账工作
-Make sure sub ledger and reconciliation could be conducted on time;
确认分类账并且及时协调及指导
-Review and monitor aging report of Inventory and AR;
复查并且监控库存及预收账款的账龄报告
-Make sure company’s assets been booked accuracy;
确保公司资产的精确性
2.Subsidiaries 子公司
-Coordinate, support and train to accounting manager of each subsidiary;
调整，支持并且对每个子公司的会计经理予以培训
-Monitor and reconcile related transactions;
监控并且调整相关往来账务
-Monitor and supervise the GL of subsidiaries that located in SH.
监控并且指导位于上海的子公司的总账
3.Tax 税务
-Responsible for Tax planning of whole group;
负责整个集团的税务筹划
-Responsible for taking care tax issue of each subsidiary;
负责处理每个子公司的税务问题
-Keep good relationship with Tax Government.
与相关税务政府部门维持良好的关系
4. System 系统
-Set up structure of accounting system;
建立核算体系的架构
-Survey suitable accounting system to match company’s growth plan;
调查适合的核算体系使之符合公司的成长计划
-Implement accounting system.
贯彻执行会计制度
Requirements: 要求
1.University, major in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred;
财务或会计专业本科,MBA优先
2.8 to 10 years working experience, with 3 years experience of big 4 CPA firm and 4 to 5 years of management position;
8到10年的工作经验,其中3年的四大会计师事务所的经验以及4到5年管理职位的经验
3.Accounting manager position for multinational company is must;
必须拥有在跨国公司会计经理职位的工作经验
4.Good at Excel and Power point, and familiar with Kingdee and Orcal
擅长Excel和PPT软件的操作并且熟练使用金蝶及甲骨文软件
5.Could work under high pressure and a team work player
能在较强的压力下工作并且具备良好的团队工作意识。
1、有子公司管理经验，做核算报表（会计经理：总帐、固定资产、应收应付、税务）
2、税务规划能力，与税务局要熟，要了解全国的税务政策、对分公司的税务工作要有指导作用 |
